In this role, Mr. Hight will expand NCB’s banking and lending relationships with ACE retailers nationwide.
Before joining NCB, Mr. Hight was the International Commercialization Manager for ACE paint at ACE Hardware Corporation. In this role, Mr. Hight was responsible for all aspects of the international paint business at Ace Hardware, including the international paint export business, as well as defining Ace Hardware Corporation’s long-term international paint growth strategy.
Mr. Hight holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
