Arlington, VA (December 17, 2024) – National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution dedicated to providing banking solutions to cooperatives and socially responsible institutions nationwide recently provided a $21.3 million line of credit to Turner Healthcare Facilities Fund II (THFF) for the development of a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) center and urgent care center for San Ysidro Health (SYH) in San Diego, CA.
The project includes a new 26,650 square foot ground floor within a three-story, 73,355 square foot office building located on a 5-acre site. The ground floor will be an adaptive reuse for a PACE center and an urgent care clinic for SYH.
In addition to providing NCB with the opportunity to further its lending relationship with Turner Healthcare Facilities Fund, this transaction will further NCB's lending relationship with San Ysidro Health.
San Ysidro Health is a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Clinic headquartered in San Diego, CA for the purpose of providing low-cost, high quality, comprehensive primary care services to residents of San Diego County's South Bay Region. It provides a variety of medical, dental, mental health, health education and enabling services at 37 clinic locations, four Pace Centers, and one Community Center in San Diego County.
