(Arlington, VA.) – December 22, 2021 –National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial services company dedicated to providing banking products and services to cooperatives, their members, and socially responsible organizations nationwide, is pleased to announce John Holdsclaw IV, Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, National Cooperative Bank, as a new member of Cooperative Development Foundation (CDF) board of directors. Holdsclaw was appointed by the CDF board in December.

Holdsclaw fills the vacancy left by Chuck Snyder, CEO, National Cooperative Bank. Snyder passed away on November 6, 2021.
