Mr. Packard brings with him over 10 years of experience in distributed generation energy finance and development and will be responsible for expanding NCB’s solar and renewable lending initiatives nationwide.

Prior to joining NCB, Mr. Packard served as Chief Investment Officer and Director of Investments at Green Street Power Partners, an IPP based in Stamford, CT that owns and operates a large DG portfolio.
Mr. Packard has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from The Colorado College and a Master of Science in accounting with a finance concentration from the University of New Orleans.
