Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Fiserv loan DNA system announcements, upgrades and communication.  Responsible to ensure proper setup, specifically with the upper level institution option system settings.  Troubleshoot issues and update system parameters as needed.  Assist the Loan Serving Call Center and Post Closing team members with any questions regarding the system.  Input service tickets with Fiserv as needed and insure clear communication for resolution.    Attend the monthly Fiserv Client Care, loan FOCUS group, and compliance meetings for loans and communicate out as necessary.  Prepare any surveys on the core website such as the year-end survey.  Complete all testing for new system updates and year-end processing.   Provide system training on a go forward basis based on new employee orientation or system update changes.  Update DNA system loan letters as needed and update all billing notice parameters.   
  • Responsible for writing Data Warehouse reports on request and for maintaining existing reports with needed updates.  Responsible to ensure that all required reports are accessible to personnel so that they can complete required job tasks.   These reports are prepared for members across the single family servicing team and for management as needed and for month-end benchmark reports. 
  • Monitor all Fannie Mae lender announcements for any required updates for the loan servicing team.  Communicate and assist with information to ensure Single Family Loan Servicing compliance. 
  • Monitor all Mortgage Banking and Dodd Frank compliance announcements for any required updates for the loan servicing team.  Communicate and assist with information to ensure Single Family Loan Servicing compliance. 
  • Assist with customer calls as needed.  Ensure all procedures are established and updated within realm of responsibility with related FDICIA controls, relevant with Board policy with flowchart. 
  •   Responsible for completion of all ORRMAN (or related workflow items) that are assigned and monitor Crystal Exception reports on a daily basis 
  •   Review and recommend any needed loan servicing system needs and assist with team projects.


Minimum Requirements

  • Preferred Associate in Accounting or Business and two years banking experience.  
  •   Previous business analyst experience a plus.
  •   Good knowledge of banking policies, processes and procedures as it relates to lending. 
  •   Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.  
  •   Must be able to work independently and have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.  
  •   Proficient technical skills to include Microsoft office Excel, word, etc. 
  •   Good working knowledge of loan regulations and FNMA requirements.
  •   Attention to detail; thoroughness with documentation skills
  •   General math skills
