National Cooperative Bank Promotes Brittney Baldwin to Vice President – New York Loan Officer

Arlington, Va. – (February 04, 2015) – National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution dedicated to serving cooperatives nationwide, is pleased to announce that Brittney Baldwin has been promoted to Vice President –New York Loan Officer. Ms. Baldwin brings nearly ten years of experience in share loan lending, underwriting, closing and servicing to this role.

“Brittney’s experience and success in her previous roles at NCB, along with her involvement in the loan process, have once again brought her to a business development position within the company,” states Chris Goettke, Director of NCB’s residential lending division. “She has excellent customer service and sales skills and will work closely with unit owners in providing the best products and services for their financing needs.”

As VP- New York Loan Officer, Ms. Baldwin will work with customers in the New York area who are interested in purchasing and refinancing co-ops, condos and single-family homes, and will offer home equity lines of credit for home renovations or equity recapture. She will also work closely with realtors, managing agents, and cooperative contacts to build and maintain relationships and to ensure the borrowing process runs smoothly and efficiently for her customers.

Ms. Baldwin began working at National Cooperative Bank in March 2006, servicing commercial loans. Her success in this capacity, and her involvement and interaction with the Bank's customers, made her an ideal candidate to move into a role as a loan officer in October 2006, and was promoted to a Loan Officer for the Washington D.C. market two years later. Ms. Baldwin was promoted again in 2013, to Vice President of Loan Production and Customer Service where she managed the processing and closing department.

She has an associate’s degree in Applied Business from Southern State Community College.
