— NCB, known for providing creative financial solutions tailored to meet the needs of its customers, has promoted Heather Cummings to Assistant Vice President of the Strategic Marketing Team for the Ohio branch offices.

She is an invaluable member of our team and we know she will experience continued success in this new position.”
As Assistant Vice President, Ms. Cummings will be responsible for working on the strategic marketing efforts for the five Ohio branch locations while generating business through new and existing methods. She will coordinate with NCB’s advertising and public relations partners, manage the branch’s marketing budgets, and create and track the overall effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. In addition, Ms. Cummings will continue to organize all the Bank’s special events and community outreach activities including local county fairs, expos, NCB’s participation in the Chamber of Commerce events and the annual NCB golf outing.
Ms. Cummings has been with NCB since February 2006 as the Communications Manager for the Ohio branch locations. In this position, she was responsible for the Bank’s internal and external communications efforts, strategically combining public relations, business development, event planning, advertising, direct and electronic marketing, industry networking and sales/collateral material development.
Prior to joining NCB, she worked as a Branch Manager for The Reserves Network in Hillsboro for two years.
Ms. Cummings earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
According to the independent research firm, R.S. Carmichael & Co, in a recently completed Customer Satisfaction Service Quality report, NCB ranks among the highest banks in superior service.
