National Cooperative Bank Promotes Mary Alice Hartley, Anita Purvis and Jocelyn Leeth

Hillsboro, OH. – (February 19, 2016) – National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution that provides banking products and services to Southern Ohio and the nation's cooperatives, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mary Alice Hartley to Vice President and Loan Customer Service Manager, Anita Purvis to Assistant Vice President of Deposit Services and Jocelyn Leeth to Assistant Branch Manager of the Hillsboro Main Office.

Ms. Hartley joined NCB in May 2013, as Assistant Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager. “Mary Alice has excelled in her position demonstrating excellent management and communication skills, job knowledge and customer service,” states Deb Jones, Co-President, NCB Ohio. “She shows great diligence in her position and always finds the best solution to a problem”. She brings over 14 years of experience to this role and she continues to manage NCB’s loan servicing department and team.

Ms. Purvis began her career with NCB in 2003, in the Deposit Operations Department. “Anita’s knowledge, professionalism, leadership and dedication to the bank make her worthy of this promotion,” stated Freda Jones. As Assistant Vice President of Deposit Services, Anita works with local and national customers to ensure their deposit needs are handled efficiently. In 2015, Anita achieved her professional certification for National Check Professional. The NCP designation recognizes Anita's knowledge and comprehension of check payments, professional credibility and demonstrates her commitment to customer service.

Ms. Leeth has over 12 years of banking and retail sales experience. She began her career at NCB in 2008, as a Customer Service Representative. She was promoted to New Account Representative in 2011. In her new role, she will manage the Main Office teller operations and business development. “Jocelyn’s team building skills and outstanding customer service make her perfect for this position,” stated Deb Jones. “This promotion will allow Jocelyn to continue to expand her skills and assist the branch in business development goals.”
