VA (March 13, 2013) — National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading

the promotion of Cecil Greene to Senior
Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

“Cecil’s experience as the Bank’s security officer made him the ideal
candidate for this role. He has
strengthened our information security and business continuity procedures over
the past few years, and will be a great asset to the Bank’s senior leadership
in this new role.”
Mr. Greene will represent
the Bank's interests with respect to the security of information and
information systems. Specifically his duties will
include recommending and implementing security policies, standards, and
processes; providing education and awareness programs to ensure that
appropriate safeguards are implemented; and facilitating compliance with those
policies, standards and processes.
Mr. Greene has
been with the Bank for nearly a decade, and serving in a variety of leadership
positions during this time. Prior
to his role as NCB’s Chief Information Officer, he worked as its Information
Systems Security Officer, and was previously the Network Manager and
Information Systems Administrator in the Bank’s Ohio office.
Mr. Greene received a Bachelor’s degree in
Technical Management from DeVry University and holds
various industry certifications including Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP).
